I chose Dr. Phillips as she had advertised herself as trans-friendly. However, I did not find her to be particularly knowledgeable or sensitive about trans issues. She also had no memory of me when we met the second time.

I so appreciate the time that Christina spends with me during our appointments. With other doctors I have had, I usually feel that s/he is rushed. I never feel this way with Dr. Phillips. I also appreciate that she is ready and willing to answer my questions and never seems frustrated with them, even if there's a lot. I appreciate her warm and compassionate demeanor and how she validates and believe my feelings/symptoms.
