I specialize in working with adults who feel stuck—whether it's due to addiction, the weight of past trauma, or the daily struggle of anxiety and depression. I understand that my clients want things to be different, but aren't sure how to get there. I am passionate about this work because I fundamentally believe in our human capacity for growth and change. It’s my core belief that every person deserves the dignity of building their best self, and I consider it a privilege to be part of that process. Please note: I am not currently accepting medicare/medicaid plans at this time. When booking your appointment, please be advised that I have to manually verify your insurance before your scheduled appointment. Sometimes, I cannot accept certain marketplace plans due to billing / networking complexities and I have no way of knowing for sure until I run your individual insurance.
