Our first appointment with Ashley was great! She is a great listener and I especially appreciate that her style is not to take sides but to come from a neutral perspective which is exactly what we need from a therapist as a couple. I also love that she offers individual sessions if needed. I’m really looking forward to our next appointment :)

This is my first time doing therapy, and it was a great experience. Ashley was very attentive, she listened to my concerns and she asked the most appropriate questions to get more out of me. She was very warm and welcoming. I cried my first session and I was hoping that I didn’t but I can see a connection forming between us. I look forward to seeing her again and I’m looking forward to tue tools that she will equip me with on this new journey that I’m on.

As a mental health professional I expect professionalism and care for people seeking care. First I was rescheduled with no explication. Then the day of my 8 am appointment, I woke up before my newborn on a Saturday, and the provider didn’t log on until 8:43. They didn’t even apologize, or explain why they were late. All they asked was do I want to continue this intake session or to reschedule. I found this rude and honestly disrespectful with no regard to my time or the urgency of my mental state to where I’m willing to lose the little sleep I already get.
