Welcome to Champion Health and Wellness! We are a multidisciplinary office designed to help you with all of your specialized needs under one roof. Our team consists of a multitude of specialties including Acupuncture, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Occupational Therapy and Massage. We combine our knowledge and expertise to provide patients with the most complete care possible. We are located inside of the Powerhouse Gym in Mahwah and specialize in both sports injuries and family care. We are an out of network office that makes care affordable to patients. I started going to Dr. Frank a few months ago. I am highly skeptical when it comes to chiropractic medicine, however I through my back out and had to have checked out. There were absolutely no gimmicks or nonsense. I underwent some very minor therapy, was given some at-home exercises, and had a couple adjustments.
Since then my back has been great, I have been sleeping much better and rarely wake up with a stiff neck or sore back like I once did.
