Dr. Boita was fantastic in both of my sessions. He’s an excellent listener, but is also adept at keeping the conversation structured so that you feel that you have made progress and have actionable steps to take with you. He is very astute, and even from our first meeting I felt that he was piecing together who I am as an individual, and was catering his advice directly to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone struggling with anxiety, which is the issue I am currently working through.
