Changing Minds Psychiatry
We provide mental health diagnostic assessments, which screen for mental and behavioral health issues and develop a detailed written plan of care in accordance with the mental health assessment. Changing Minds is dedicated to providing culturally-sensitive, accessible, and effective mental health/behavioral health services for individuals with an emphasis on quality over quantity. Our commitment is to support and assist those advancing toward a more productive, healthy and happy life.
We have multiple providers in our office that are available to assist you with all your mental health needs.
Also we are a paperless clinic, we will be sending out new patient paperwork to complete prior to the appointment in order for you to be seen. If the paperwork is not complete 24 hours before the appointment, then the appointment will be cancelled.

I’ve been to a couple different doctors to address mental health in Las Vegas, and all were very dismissive. This was an immediate difference the moment I walked in. The guy at the front desk is so nice and helpful, even told me how to save some money on my visits—his honesty was so refreshing. Then I met with Josh; his office was so warm and inviting and instantly put me at ease. He was no different—so warm, welcoming, receptive. I was SO nervous “seeing someone” and I could feel a weight lifted off my shoulders in the short time I met with him. Couldn’t recommend more. Seriously!!!

I had a scheduled visit with NP Vaughn, but instead saw NP Beth, one of the other providers at her office. The office staff were super sweet and incredibly helpful and saw me almost immediately. NP Beth was one of the nicest, most attentive people I've ever met and listened to everything I had to say. She explained why and the next steps and gave me multiple options for whatever fit best for me. I love this group and look forward to finally having an amazing primary psychiatrist. Thank you so much!!

Dr.Beth was amazing, I had several psychiatrists in the past for about 9 years now and have not been able to find the right one. I had a visit with Beth she is awesome. Very empathetic. Understanding. Connected. Only problem was my e-scripts that we’re guaranteed that afternoon and desperately needed. Have not been sent to the pharmacy 3 days later still no active orders and I have since had to give them the pharmacy address and zip code 3 times, as their system lost it? I don’t know if it is a system error. The pharmacy is Walgreens. Seemed like it should be easy? ???????. Not really complaining, more confused, as the specialist Beth, was very good.
