We are thankful for each adult and child we have the privilege of treating. I mistakenly made an appointment with Dr Govil thinking I was seeing, specifically, a Psychologist (using ZocDoc). She was very courteous and helpful though, providing me with recommendations for Psychologists to call. The office was clean and the staff was great, despite it being busy. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a GP!

The wait time was not bad at all, spent less than 15 minutes in the waiting room. I wouldn’t necessarily call the staff friendly, but they were very efficient. My appointment was very to-the-point, and they do blood draws in house. The phlebotomist was very good and did not have to stick me multiple times or dig for a vein, which is a common problem at some practices.

Attended the office and the staff did not use my name even after booking in. The nurse not sure she did not confirm who she was asked my weight and height, was quite rude and did not listen at all so I had to repeat myself 3 to 4 times when she did repeat a summary was always wrong proving lack of listening skills. I was sent to a doctor because of a possible cancer identifying by a previous doctor while on holiday so I have had a rough time dealing with this and I explained that to the doctor when she came into the nurse’s office. I was disgusted after I explained why I was there that took a whole 8 mins that she was quick to just give me a referral and get me out of the office within 2 mins. Lack of compassion and professionalism I did not even get into her office she came to the nurses room.
All in all I got a referral but the lack of information taken I will have to start at square 1 with the referral selection hat was handed to me and explain why I’m there and the history after being to this doctor should not be a cold referral.
Not happy with the experience or the staff at this surgery.

I have been having bad luck with finding a doctor who has a good bedside manner, who is kind and who listens and cares. She is all of that and more! I’m so glad I found this office and this Doctor!! She didn’t make me feel bad or anxious, which I usually feel. She listened and didn’t make me feel bad about the prescriptions I’m on or to deny me what works best for me!

I took my mother in for a persistent ear ache, and picked this doctor because it was advertised as ear, nose, and throat specialist but in reality they are not. We suspected there was was something blocking the ear, but the nurse and doctor tried to hurry us out with a prescription for antibiotics without inspecting or considering options. Ended up having to ask doctor if they could clean the ear out, and that fixed the issue.

I felt rushed while bringing up my health concerns and did not feel safe disclosing sensitive and vulnerable topics. I felt the doctor lacked sympathy and bedside manners, which I did not realize how important those were to a healthy doctor-patient relationship until I visited this office.
The waiting area also seemed to be full of people who had errors in their health forms, which the office charges to correct them. The front desk staff seemed easily agitated.

probably the worst doctor ive ever been to. front office was chaos even with no other patients, desk seemed confused. when she did see me it was only for about 2 minutes and didn't seem to care about my situation at all, probably because they just ordered papa johns and she wanted to get to lunch. go somewhere else, that copay was hard to justify

This was the quickest and quiet frankly the worst physical I have had. Equipment wasn’t working and the the doctor just brushed of the need for that particular test. I really think she just made up numbers and wrote them in assuming I was healthy. My BP reading was higher than normal and she brushed that off too as an anomaly.

Horrible. They got my appointment time wrong and took forever verifying my insurance. The front desk worker was inexperienced and didn’t know how to do anything was also very rude. The doctor spent like less than 5 mins after making me wait 40 mins before and was not very informative of what was wrong with me just said I was fine when Im sure there’s something wrong. I don’t recommenced coming here.

This was a horrible experience and I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere. I had to wait an hour before being taken back to the room and then the girl behind the front desk who was eating chips that whole hour and doing nothing else did my vitals and asked me my “medical history”. I asked her how in depth she wanted the history and received a blank stare and her repeating, “You know just your medical stuff.” When the Dr. came in she was rushed and had not read my chart. She repeated twice of you are new here and instead of finding out anything about me or my lifestyle she pretty much just took my vitals again. She was in there a total of 11 mins... for a First appoint and annual Physical! I have received far more professional care at the CVS minute clinic.
