The doctor did not even visit me - and sent a different provider to see. WHen I asked the provider when is the doctor coming - they said "I am the Doctor" and I made it clear that I booked for specific doctor based on my research and waited for weeks to get this, Disappointing!!

I wasn’t given the opportunity to know if a service or treatment would be covered by insurance. I was told the minor procedure would be needed to treat ear infection. I wasn’t told until after I left via phone call that owe X amount of dollars. This was poorly managed and if insurance won’t cover, why was it not properly communicated is confusing. I hope they waive this fee bc I may not Be coming back.

He suggested I get my liver, kidneys, and blood sugar checked, which showed me how thorough and caring he is about overall health — not just the immediate issue. They are very negligent . I went there for severe back pain the dr prescribed some medication . But they never sent the prescription to the pharmacy. They close early at 1 pm and don’t have an after hours line.
Great visit to Dr. Samir Nazam, MD’s office. Although I expected to see the doctor I booked on Zocdoc, another doctor saw me instead, and she was equally professional and thorough. The staff was welcoming, and I felt well cared for.

I was not seen by the Doctor I was scheduled to see, instead I was seen by a NP. I was not notified about this until when I was asked to pay my co-pay at the doctor’s office. Additionally I waited for over 50 mins only to be informed that I would have to be rescheduled in order for the procedure to be performed, and the receptionist should have informed me of that during check in.

My visit here went very well; it was smooth, rapid, informative and helpful. Also, all staff were very professional, kind, understanding and knowledgeable; which is always a plus/ relieving whilst dealing with any kind of medical experience!
