Wait time of over an hour for my two antsy children. The office hadn’t verified our benefits before the appointment or sent any paperwork to fill out beforehand to expedite things. Hopefully that doesn’t happen often there. Otherwise it was a clean, modern office, and the staff were all very nice and we have made follow up appointments.
