Dr. Gindoff and the entire staff are just excellent. The care is very personal, very considerate, and does not feel rushed or stressful. We never had long wait times or any issues of that nature. Overall, Dr. Gindoff is so skilled and knowledgeable, really helping us understand the different issues and options for our fertility treatments. We had great success with our two beautiful children and are grateful to have received such expert care and support!

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Gindoff! I worked with him to freeze my eggs in 2019 and thawed them and fertilized them in 2023 and used our embryo in 2026! It resulted in a healthy pregnancy. His entire team is kind and wise, very available and helpful, supportive at every step! HIGHLY recommend

I visited Chelsea Fertility twice. The second time I went was the poorest I have ever been treated in my life by a medical professional. Dr Paul Gindoff was so horrible to me I left the appointment in floods of tears and a member of his team was so mortified she apologized on his behalf. It is incredibly rare that I would ever leave negative feedback about a company as I know the effects it can have but I would never ever recommend anyone see Dr Gindoff. Considering the business he is in, working with incredibly fragile women who are already struggling with so much, his manner is truly horrible.

We were able to have two children via IVF with Dr. Gindoff using ICSI. Both embryos took, both pregnancies were secure, and both children are totally healthy and wonderful little people today both about to be big time pre-teens. We are also an LBGTQ+ family. We were welcomed without hesitation or judgement. Families like ours were definitely in their mission and minds when they began this private fertility medical practice. We were never the exception. I appreciated being known by face and name by all staff from nurses to front desk people. This can be one of the most stressful challenges an individual or couple face. We always felt supported by Dr. Gindoff and his team. I literally owe my life now as a parent to Dr. Gindoff and his team. I know every couple face different odds. For us we had a trusted friend and expert by our side as we attempted what we assumed could have been the imposible.

I started the process with Chelsea Fertility with high hopes that they would bring expertise, compassion and professionalism to the journey. Unfortunately, all but one of the team members at Chelsea Fertility was condensing, disrespectful and pressured me to make medical decisions under duress. After attempting to resolve the issues with the owners (Dr Beth Hartog and Dr Paul Grindoff) with no progress, I've had to escalate the resolution to the New York Department of Health and move my medical needs to a different clinic. Both the Department of Health and the new clinic have shared that they've never seen the level of ineptitude, mistakes, and lack of concern for following procedure that Chelsea Fertility has shown. I share this information in the hopes that others can avoid the physical pain, financial loss, and emotional distress that Chelsea Fertility causes without any remorse.
