Chester Neurology PLLC
For in-person visits we are in-network only with Medicare, MVP, Tricare, and Centerlight Healthcare. We are out of network with all other insurance plans. We do provide an itemized receipt for the patients who are seen as out of network for them to claim from their insurance. Please open, read, and sign the 'Welcome Letter' for the terms of the booking before booking which also has the consultation fee listed. If we are in-network with your insurance, please upload your ID and insurance card information while booking.
For virtual appointments, if we are not in-network with your insurance, video visit link will be sent to you once New Patient Form is completed and payment processed (a secure payment link will be sent by the staff once booking is confirmed).

I have been suffering from depression for a long time and I was unable to find a doctor I can speak to who is not in a rush and just brushes you off - Dr. Karnani patiently listened to me and what I was going through even though she does not primarily practice as a psychiatrist - for a neurologist I found this quite commendable. I was not able to get an appointment with a psychiatrist any sooner which is why I requested Dr. Karnani's staff to get me in as soon as possible and the staff was quite prompt in doing so. With her medication she prescribed and with the time she spent in understanding my symptoms and helping me better deal with my depression, she has done a lot for me. I wish Dr. Karnani every success in her life because she is very talented, modest, and cooperative as well. Thank you so much.
