I've been with Dr. Birbrayer for almost 20yrs and with that particular facility since it first opened. From then til now, past and present, all employees are friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and welcoming. They're all very dedicated to their patients and their responsibilities. I watched this place survive hurricane Sandy and they were ready to fight against COVID-19. They were ready and available throughout both unfortunate events and they're still working hard on this on going war against COVID-19!!! In my opinion this is a great medical facility! Zoodoc needs to UPDATE their system. I made numerous appointments and then get a phone call saying that my insurance is NOT accepted by the doctors.
I deleted the app and will just go the old way, and call around.

I made the appointment and went I went the lady didn’t recognize the Zocdoc app and inform me my appointment was not for the 2 of April instead for the 15 of April when I show her the Zocdoc app with the appointment and time she didn’t recognize the Zocdoc app and inform me to come back on the 15 I contacted Zocdoc and the gentleman help me find the next doctor and everything is going good with the other doctor thank you Zocdoc for the help in getting me the right doctor and the help to address the situation thank you so much

The office claims zocdoc never has their updated schedule so if you book on zocdoc more than likely that appointment will be reschedule. The doctor is was suppose to see was not even there but she had many appointment slots on zocdoc. That is unprofessional.

Terrible experience. The doctor never even called me to follow up and explain my abnormal test results. I called and emailed, no response. I was also uncomfortable throughout my visit. Both the doctor and staff are rude. Plus, the doctor has a weird obsession with babies. She kept saying I’d have babies one day, which I feel was inappropriate.

Dr. Francisco is very kind and approachable. She explained thoroughly what needs to be done. She can make the patient at ease with her professionalism and personality. I will definitely recommend her.

I'd go back. Dr. Was cool and made jokes. Did her job proficiently and made me feel comfortable. Front desk workers were definitely just there for a paycheck lol

Love Dr. Fransisco! She’s been my GYN for nearly 15 years! I’ve followed her throughout her practice. Wherever she goes,I follow! Her bedside manner is subpar. It’s not easy to feel comfortable and relaxed while getting a pap-smear, but she makes me feel totally at easy.

Booked an appointment with this Doctor for 3:45pm and was told I did not make an appointment with her and would not be able to be seen until the following day. Appointments don’t mean that you’ll actually be seen. Receptionist was super nice and helpful! I had to go to an urgent care instead.

Showed up early for my appointment as per Zocdocs recommendation and the office was still closed. I had to wait outside for 20 minutes in 25 degree weather. Once they finally opened and let me in I was told they did not have an appointment for me. Apparently booking through Zocdoc is not valid. Why put services on Zocdoc then? Staff was friendly and offered to rebook but I have no interest in returning. I don’t understand why the burden is on the patient to call and schedule an appointment they have seemingly already scheduled and confirmed through Zocdoc??

This was my second time making an appointment with them where they cancelled on me last minute. I took off of work twice equaling two times where I lost money for making an appointment here. I would recommend that you don’t waste your time here.
