Love the office. We are from Las Vegas and it was very easy to get an appointment the same week. The staff was helpful and polite. We had blood work done in the office the same day and results delivered in two days. Extremely happy with overall service.

They called me within 20 minutes and they moved my appointment up 2 days, so I was in with in 24 hours. At the appointment I only waited about 1 minute to be called. I talked to a nurse for about 10 minutes before the doctor came in, after a wait of only about 1 minute. Dr. Pernia was great! Easy to talk to and listened well. He was with me for at least 25 minutes. He didn't seem rushed or hurried at all. It was a great first visit for me.

After explaining to the doctor what I needed and wanted, he agreed and listened and,when he needed to leave my room, for a short time, he was very polite, expressing why this was happening and returned within a few minutes and our interview continued. This was my first visit with Dr. Smith after my long time doctor retired. He clearly explained his views on health and how he interacts with patients. He made me feel very comfortable. The exam was thorough and he patiently answered all of my questions. Dr Smith’s nurse was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She also handled my blood draw perfectly. All in all having to change doctors is never fun and going to the doctor is its own experience. Dr. Smith and his nurse made it as comfortable as possible and I’m glad I chose to make an appointment with him.
