My first appointment was canceled 30 min before the appointment time because the doctor called in sick. No opportunity to see a different doctor. We rescheduled for 4 days later. After arriving I was told I would have to refill out the paperwork before I could be seen. After completing the paperwork I was told the computer system was down and they couldn't see my paperwork. 45 min later a nurse took my information verbally. I waited another 30 min for the doctor to see me, who also didn't know my information. I gave him my information again. He said he would schedule labs later today once their computer system is back up. 7 days later and I have not received a call, text, or email about scheduling.

Dr. Speer and his nurse were both fantastic. They each took a lot of time listening to any concerns I had, and gave the impression of genuine interest. They seem to be invested in their patients’ individualized care. I haven’t had a primary care doc in years, and am so grateful to have been connected with his office.
