Welcome to Chicago Conservative Care, located between beautiful Bucktown and Wicker Park on North Ave. We use a modern, research-based approach to diagnose and treat pain by returning proper biomechanics to the soft tissue and joints of the body.
Our practice uses a hands-on technique to diagnose and actively treat the root cause of your issue, so you feel better quickly and stay that way. We utilize chiropractic adjustments, the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, Graston Technique, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, deep-tissue massage, and more.

Dr. Hoberland is an excellent chiropractor and she has helped me immensely with my neck and back pain. She also provided me with great take home therapies/exercises so I can manage things on my own. I would highly recommend seeing her for any spinal or joint issues and pain management.

Dr. Hoberland and staff are great - this is my first experience with a chiropractor and all in all, great experience. Would highly recommend and got tips beyond my adjustment which are already showing some improvement

I’m so surprised and relieved how quickly she knew what was going on with my hip and back. She takes both what I’m saying into account while also observing how I stand, looking at my body and going through the movement assessment. Amazing! I’ve been doing the exercises since my visit and wow already experiencing what she predicted!

Dr. O is the best out there! She's an excellent listener, problem-solver, and makes me feel taken care of every single time I visit her practice. I play volleyball and am pretty active, but I also sit for work all day - so I run into issues with my back and neck now and then. She provides clear instructions on exercises that WORK and does not pressure you to come back unless it's truly required for your recovery. I recommend her all the time to my teammates and friends!

I’ve been going to Dr. Hoberland for a couple of years and highly recommend her! She is confident in her skill and very knowledgable, both in effective and gentle adjustments and in strategizing ways to strengthen weak areas and maintain alignment. She is very personable and open to questions. Her practice is very efficiently run and all of the office staff are kind and professional. I’ve had a great experience with her and have seen significant improvement in my health! I couldn’t recommend her more!

I showed up 10 minutes early and Dr. Hoberland was able to see me straight away. She was very clear in her communications, listening to my issues and asking me about my pain. She explained the various assessments she conducted along with the adjustments she performed. She gave me exercises to do at home before my next appointment, along with recommendations on how to change my work set up to help reduce the issue going forward. Scheduling a follow up appointment with the practice manager was a breeze! I highly recommend Chicago Conservative Care.
