Dr. Butler was so kind and so thoughtful. She actually listened to my concerns and scheduled tests for me. I got so emotional because I haven’t experienced a doctor who actually listens and cares and it made me tear up. She was so sweet and kind and validated my feelings and I can’t wait for my next appointment with her.

Everyone was so kind and friendly! From the front desk to the Dr. I was super nervous and they didn’t made me feel any type of way. I got there earlier and everything was pretty quick. At the end of the day, I learned that I had 0 reasons to be nervous at all.

This was my second (equally fantastic) appointment with Dr Butler-Mooyoung! The office staff is friendly, helpful, and patient. My experience with Dr Butler-Mooyoung herself was great!! She explained everything and answered all my questions. She is professional yet personable, which was great for my jitteriness around medical procedures. Really good office and experience!!

Because this office is in a hospital, the hospital charged for a hospital room that was not covered by insurance (the general exam was fully covered). The doctor did say something a bit wild during my exam which could rub people the wrong way and wasn't very professional.
