Beautiful dental office!
We arrived 5-10 mins before the appointment time. The parking lot was confusing and the entry way was not clearly identifiable. It took some time to locate my daughter's appointment once we were inside. The clinic did not accept the online forms.
The clinic had a chalkboard sign welcoming new patients. My daughter was not identified as one of their new clients. We did not see the dentist who the appointment was booked with. No proper introductions were made from entry to exit. However, the clinic attempted to schedule future appointments, when there was never a connection made.
I passed at least 100 dentists to get to this appointment. Had no expectations but I was not impressed. The clinic served its purpose: I was in desperate need for a dental physical for my daughter's school and that's exactly what I got.
I thank ZOCDOC for providing a service where consumers have access to scheduling appointments. Great idea!

I just want to say that I’m beyond happy that I found out about Zocdoc. I was able to book this excellent pediatric dentist for my daughter. The first appointment was March 4th and the appointment to have her teeth extracted was March 28th. I am beyond grateful. Everyone from the anesthesiologist to the dental administrators were amazing. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Chicago kiDDS! All of their staff from the front reception to the dentist are kind, compassionate and patient. We moved close to two hours away, and I still commute to Palos Heights for my kids to continue at the practice. My kids have no fear of the dentist and that is due to the services provided.
