Got there early and was out the door 5 mins after my originally appt was scheduled. Eve and her receptionist were so kind and I will definitely be returning yearly to get my eye exams completed here! Another thing I LOVE is that the office doesn’t pressure you to purchase ANYTHING. Which is amazing! Highly recommend!!

I saw Dr. Zahiri and she was professional, courteous, efficient and comfortable to talk to and ask questions of...she explained what she was doing, why and explained the findings. I will return and highly recommend this office. Also, Natasha, the office manager was an invaluable asset to my experience. She was also kind, courteous and professional.

The doctor was ok but her office staff was not great.
1. They overcharged me for my visit. I found out when called the insurance company a couple of days later and was informed that the amount I paid was incorrect. Had to come back to the office to get a refund on this.
2. After my visit, they automatically charged my insurance company for contacts without my consent. Another issue my insurance had to take care of for me after the visit.
3. When I had to come back for a follow-up evaluation for my new contact lens, I saw a different doctor. It wasn't a big deal but no one at the office told me this before I came in. The different doctor wrote my contact lens prescription for me, and of course she made a mistake. That took another couple of days for my contact lens provider to call the office and ask for another prescription, which was also not provided in the window of time promised.
Overall, terrible experience. Nothing against the doctor but please straighten out your administration and don't try to rip off patients.

The most horrible experience.... secretary should be fired right away. I wanted to check if my Insurance will cover the visit and she started laughing how cone I don't know ? She knows that's covered on her car insurance...after my visit she started arguing with another colleague about rates in front of me like a was in show ..... awful ...
