I first saw Dr. Chicoine about four years ago for foot pain, and what stayed with me was simple: he listens. Not rushed, not surface-level. He actually hears you, then treats the problem in a way that makes sense.
So when neck pain crept in recently and started affecting my driving, I didn’t hesitate to go back. I tried an in-network clinic first, but left still uncomfortable. Dr. Chicoine’s office got me in the next day and even moved my appointment up when an earlier slot opened. That alone says a lot.
The visit delivered. Thoughtful exam, muscle stimulation, precise adjustments, and a newer shockwave treatment that made an immediate difference. I came back the next day and already feel significantly better.
This is what real care feels like. Attentive, practical, and effective. I’ll be coming back regularly.

As a bar manager, I am not sure why it took me so long to go to a Chiropractor. I have a problem in my shoulder so I was nervous and skeptical, but he made sure I was comfortable and safe. It was also refreshing to be listened to. Super relaxed, mind blown, and I will definitely be back! Thank you!

My experience with Dr. James Chicoine was great. He was very friendly, professional, and informative. However my experience walking in wasn’t the best. His assistant Jorge did not acknowledge me, greet me, or look in my direction at all when I first walked in. He made me feel like I was invisible. It took for me to tell him I had an appointment for him to speak to me. I am very big on customer service and Jorge’s service was not good service. He needs to work on that.

Other than the Dr. Chicoine, the staff were not wearing masks, which was very alarming to me. The office must be a new space for them because everything was kind of disheveled. Dr. Chicoine was lovely and I felt better after seeing him. However, I will not be returning until after COVID subsides as it doesn't seem like his staff is taking proper precautions.

The overall visit was fine - my back pain was gone the next day. However, it was pretty off-putting that no one in the office was wearing a mask, except me, and I was encouraged to take mine off. It was very odd for a medical office not to require a mask during a pandemic. I will probably go back but I felt pretty uncomfortable. Every other doctor I have been too during this time has had increased heath and safety measures in place but this office did not appear to.

Dr. James Chicoine was great! His staff was very attentive. I had some really bad pain behind my shoulder blade that just would NOT budge, and him and his staff were extremely helpful. I left feeling much better, and I would totally go back if I had any issues in the future.

I came into Dr. Chicoine's office with some serious lower back pain, worst I've ever experienced. And I left his office feeling so much better. I probably needed an adjustment for a long time actually, and it finally caught up to be big time. If your body needs some chiropractic work, I highly recommend Dr. Chicoine's services.

WONDERFUL experience. The staff was very nice and helpful and made me feel really comfortable. I thought I was important as a client and it was my first visit. Dr. Chicione was extremely pleasant and wanted to be sure I was comfortable and understood the reason for my pain and how we would work to fix my problems. There was NO pressure to have any treatment that I wasn't wanting and ready for the treatment he offered. He was firm and gentle in the way he treated me.
