I take a personalized, integrative approach to mental health that looks beyond symptoms to uncover the underlying causes. I believe effective care blends addressing the root cause of symptoms with supportive talk therapy, while also considering factors like lifestyle, trauma, and overall well-being. My goal is to empower each person with the tools, insight, and support they need to heal and thrive—both in the short term and long term.
I offer functional testing through several resources, including Genesight for genetic testing and Rupa Health for comprehensive lab work. As mental health providers, there's more we can do than just prescribe medication. My primary focus as your provider is to understand the root cause of your symptoms.
