The doctor was very nice and understanding. The staff was helpful. But my appt was at 10:30am and I wasnt seen until 12:30pm. I don't recommend going on a weekend.

I am unsure if it was an issue with zocdoc or ecw (former patient access rep who handled these appts) but my appointment was changed from a prenatal visit, to a gyn visit. when it was finally caught that it was meant to be a prenatal, it was already over 3 hours since i got there. i had my ultrasound, but that was really it. this was only my second visit here, so i had hoped it would have gone as well as my first. i guess not.

This office was much nicer than many of the others i looked into. Wasn't a super long wait time, and everything was explained clearly.

I booked a specific doctor and never got the chance to meet with that doctor. My appointment was for 11:45 and when I got there I was told that I have no appointment in the system and that my insurance card might not be accepted. I was finally seen after 2.5 hours. I booked an early appointment for a reason.

I had a 9:30 appointment waited over 3 hours and did not see the doctor, had to leave to pick up my child. They told me they couldn’t send my labs (I took upon arrival) in for testing without seeing a doctor. I was also told they don’t call patients in any particular order by the receptionist. An absolute waste of my time, very disappointed. Will not be returning.

Ms. Banks answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained everything to me. She was not in a rush to get me out of her office. Highly recommend. Also a great listener .

I visited Dr. Banks about two months ago and meant to leave a review sooner, but life got busy. Dr. Banks is incredibly patient and humble. She took the time to listen and offer great advice. Visiting a gynecologist has been an awkward and uncomfortable experience for me, but Dr. Banks made me feel completely at ease.
I highly recommend her very much!
