We had our 3rd appointment with Kailah hoping to have some improvement/action items today but unfortunately was left with nothing. My girlfriend thought maybe she was having us work on fundamental issues at first but I was hoping for more "homework". In today's session, we were greeted with unprofessionalism: therapist failed to acknowledge our concerns. We think she has potential but needs to improve upon her listening, professionalism and follow up skills. I expected you to be objective with your feedback, not one sided.

Kailah seems INCREDIBLE!!! My initial 15 phone consultation with her went so well, she was a great listener & clear communicator & she was so empathetic. I could tell she really felt for me and she said she detected the stress in my voice. I unfortunately might not be able to work with her because she is out of network with my insurance and I currently am homeless & have no income. She does provide Superbills for insurance reimbursement, but payment is required up front. BUT she did say I could ask my homeless services case manager about therapy vouchers or scholarships. I’m also going to contact my insurance to see if I can figure out a way to make this work. If/when I can see her for a full session I will jump at the opportunity.
