I am available to meet with patients for nutrition counseling in Washington, DC, or northern Virginia either in person or virtually. I can also practice virtually in some other states (e.g., Virginia, New York, and California). Appointment options are as follows: -Initial assessments will last 60–75 minutes. We will begin with a thorough assessment of your medical and dietary history, behaviors, and preferences; work together to create achievable goals; and connect you with any useful and practical resources to help you meet those goals. Rate: $190 -Follow-up appointments will last 30–45 minutes. We will review progress toward your goals—including celebrating successes, addressing questions and/or barriers that have arisen, and setting new goals to work toward. Rate: $125 -Packages can include either an initial assessment plus follow-up appointments, giving us the opportunity to set longer-term goals and collaborate to make progress toward meeting them, or a set of follow-up appointments that you can purchase after we establish our relationship in the initial assessment. Rate: $625 (assessment+ 4 follow-up appointments) or $525 (5 follow-up appointments) -Meal plans and other personalized resources can be developed based on information gathered during the assessment to help you implement recommended changes toward the goals that we set together. -I accept self-payment via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, cash, or check. -Contact me through my website, https://www.christinabadaracco.com/contact, to schedule an appointment.
