When I scheduled this appointment, my appointment was with the doctor named here, but I was seen by somebody else and they did not spend any time looking into possible problems. She simply said oh glacier shoes differently, and you’ll be fine. Two MRI’s and all I have to do is tie my laces differently?!
? Makes me angry about my experience is that I went to see this doctor because this particular doctor was recommended to me by the MRI technician he took my most recent imaging and when I got there though I had an appointment with Christopher Christopher never saw me and that is wrong. Nobody mentioned it nobody apologized. I just got to see who I got to see and that’s that.
?That’s unreliable to say the least, and Zocdoc wasn’t updated to reflect the change.

Dr Chow has really shown a lot of care in treating my 12 year old son over the last 6 months. He has always made himself available either in person or via video conferencing and his assessments and delivery of medical advice is professional, clear and understandable. Highly recommended.

I went to see this doctor hoping to get advice to treat my plantar fasciitis which I self diagnosed using AI. The doctor did nothing but confirm my self diagnosis, he lost temper after I said no to his suggestion of series ultrasound treatment which I know is only recommended if the condition is very bad, but for sure makes a lot of insurance money for the clinic. He didn't even mention common solutions such as physical therapy.

The doctor I saw was very good. It was not Mr Chow but it was someone else and he was good. The wait was over a hour from my scheduled time as other people went in front of me when I had the first available time at 9am.

I arrived for my appointment and spent almost 40 minutes waiting to be called in to see the doctor. During this time at least 4 other patients arrived and were seen him. Once I was called in, I spent close to 30 minutes waiting for the doctor in the examination room. When he arrived, he was cold and detached. The entire visit with him was less than 10 minutes. I would probably not recommend Dr. Chow to others.

I saw Dr. Guan Zhou Zhu whom this review is for. My experience with him was wonderful n i was truly impressed by him overall. I was very pleased with services offered by the space to me; staff were excellent with their communication and were very thorough. The podiatrist, John in my case, was amazing and was able to allay my fears around my injury, guide me carefully as to best practices and how to look after the injury and a follow up exam was ordered at a later date.
Everything was smooth and I recommend the space for foot injuries.
