Christopher Stubbs, MD
We are a fully independent, solo-practitioner private practice, which is a rare bird these days. In the past decade, the vast majority of primary care medical practices have been absorbed by large health care systems, who sometimes prioritize profit or regulation over patient care.
You will find at our practice, what we care about is YOU. There are three people who work here: myself, my nurse Stephanie and my front desk attendant Jeriel. When you call our clinic, you’ll get one of us on the phone, not an automated phone tree. When you make an appointment with ME, you will see ME, not my nurse practitioner or PA (I don’t have one).
We like to think we’re retuning the practice of medicine to its rightful, patient-centered state. We would be honored to provide care to you and your entire family.

Dr. Stubbs was really easy to work with. I listed my medical history on the forms before coming in for my appointment, and when I arrived and was taken back to visit with him, he asked what I needed most from him today and it was really helpful that he was willing to focus on my needs for the visit rather than running through an entire history with me. He was quick, had a very gentle bedside manner, and made me feel very comfortable when talking me through diagnoses and new prescriptions.

This is my third appointment with Dr. Stubbs. He has great listening skills and doesn't seem to be rushed to get the appointment finished. All of the staff is friendly and talks to you like you are a human being. I like that he is willing to do the research to find the right person to refer me to for possible surgery.
Just kind of down home...in a good way.

I had an appointment I had to wait and wait and wait and wait and wait it took me forever to get there because I didn't have a ride I was late and they were late I had to wait like over 2 hours so it wasn't good on my part or his part but I was just very frustrated

My visit was a very positive experience. I had not been seen by a physician in many years and I found the entire process to be quick and easy. Dr. Stubbs was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The staff too. ZocDoc made the whole process of finding a physician, making the appointment, making sure my insurance was accepted, making sure that I had all preliminary questions and forms filled out and directions to the office extremely easy. I was even sent appointment reminders as well as a time change text. A very positive experience that I will continue to share with enthusiasm.

I have been there 1 time, so far. The office was nice. They had their own lab for drawing blood. The nurse was nice and listened well. The time I waited for the doctor in the room was very short. He listened well and asked me if I had anything else I wanted to talk about before he ended the appointment. His ideas to work on one of my current issues were good and along the lines of "sometimes less is more," and yet still satisfied me just fine.
On the other issue, I was given a good suggestion to go to a specialist surgeon.

My first impression walking on was clean fresh, smiling faces, no ridiculous masking. So refreshing to see the faces of those that are caring for me! Everyone was very friendly and genuine. I felt heard, respected, cared for confident that the open honest dialogue was honesty and truth.
My wife has had some bad treatment and been avoiding doctors. She does online doctors when she really needs something. She was so impressed, she was ready to schedule an appointment!
I really like that he is not part of a big system. That he is independent and will make the right choices for each patient instead of just being another number.
