Waited over two weeks for the provider to get back to me, only to tell me he was unable to assist me with anything and would only refer me to another provider or practice. Complete waste of time and money.

He was very personable and asked all the right questions and explained a lot more than other providers I've had in the past.

Had multiple appointments with Paul and he was late to each one. First appointment he was 20 minutes late, second appointment 10 minutes late and third appointment ten minutes late. Each appointment I mentioned to Paul that I was not interested in SSRIs or taking daily medication. He continued to evaluate me for SSRIs and daily medications. Will not be going back and would recommend seeing someone else who listens.

It was poor! Office never contacted me per their own instructions for the appt. Waited until last minute and made me fill out registration forms 3xs and then provider wouldn't see me. Person in office was foreign and I couldn't understand a single word she said. It was a terrible , rushed experience and I wouldn't recommend.

I have had significant difficulty communicating with this prescriber and coordinating basic prescription needs.
On multiple occasions, my pharmacist attempted to contact her (at least five documented calls) regarding clarification on a prescription and was unable to reach her. When I emailed requesting that she return the pharmacy’s call to resolve the issue, I was told she would not be doing so. This resulted in delays in accessing necessary medication.
Communication overall has been extremely inconsistent. Emails frequently go unanswered, and responses when received often occur at the last minute, creating unnecessary stress around time-sensitive prescriptions.
The office structure also makes it very difficult to reach her. Providers are contracted and set their own schedules, and there is no direct phone line.

The appointment was a disappointment not really due to any major fault by Autumn but on Zocdoc is was unclear that she was only really a med manager and not an actual therapist, so it was a bit of a waste of both of our times. Not sure it was worth my time and money.

Autumn was professional, warm and thorough. She explained what our first session would be about, and then explained treatment plans and next steps throughout the session. I love that she was so up-to-date on clinical research influencing her therapeutic area, and was able to share it with me. I also appreciate that she shared suggestions for supportive adjunct therapy outside her scope and referred me to someone she trusts. That means a lot to me. I found her very easy to talk with and would definitely recommend her!!! -TJ
