At Citi Footcare we treat all problems related to the foot and ankle. We use state of the art diagnostic and therapeutic equipment. The doctor performs all foot and ankle surgery including traditional open surgery, minimally invasive surgery, laser surgery, radio frequency surgery and extra-corporeal shock wave therapy. Dr. Sergi was very transparent and thorough in helping me understand potential treatment options for my neuroma. He took the time to describe the science behind certain treatment methods, explaining which would be helpful and why others might not be as effective. Dr Sergi is professional MD with an exemplary knowledge of podiatry. I trusted him for foot surgery which involved an osteochondroma that spread throughout my left foot. He was able to clean out the entire foot from tendon to tendon. He post op care was excellent.

Dr. Sergi is a really great doctor, I would highly reccomend him. He took the time to discuss my broken toe and answered all of my questions. He definitely is very knowledgeable, and he checked everything out to make sure no stone was left unturned. The thing I liked most about Dr. Sergi is that you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients, and he didn't rush like so many doctors in the city. A lot of times, I have had bad experiences with doctors here almost becoming annoyed when you ask questions. He takes the time to listen, and that's very important. Go see him for any foot problems, you will not be disapppointed!

I've had a great experience with Dr. Sergi. I've visited him multiple times as he has continued to help me with my foot condition. Dr Sergi was patient, helpful, knowledgable, and flexible. He took his time and answered all my questions, despite the fact that I think our appointment was only for a half hour (took ~45 mins). We discussed the pros and cons of a potential procedure, and he even gave me pointers regarding what to look out for in getting a second opinion. I left with a photocopy of my X-rays, and have already booked a follow-up appointment with him. The only area for improvement would have been for the personal info from zocdoc (insurance info, address, etc) to have been automatically added to their systems. Other than that, Dr Sergi seemed too good to be true!

I wish they'd called me in advance to tell me my insurance doesn't cover my visit - I made the appt weeks ago and would have found another doc or at least be mentally prepared.
BUT was super nice about it and had answers and solutions to my problems and I left feeling better know what was going on and why - albeit also feeling super broke.
