Poor office staff with no linkage to Zocdoc. Asked to wait 90min with an infant (even though we’d booked the appt), and then kept on giving vague responses like “wait a little more” (every time extending by 15-20mins)

This was my first visit with Wendy Cheung and she was very thorough and thoughtful. She answered all my questions and addressed concerns. The office staff was very accommodating. I had to call in twice regarding medication questions and all were answered immediately. I have a follow up hopefully all goes well. I would highly recommend Wendy Cheung for your dermatology issues.

My first experience and I was very pleased with the office staff and doctor. I waited about 40 minutes, but was told why and that this is a rare occurrence. I appreciated the honesty and the apology . Will definitely return. My examination was very thorough.

It was a thorough visit and they addressed all the questions I had during the visit. I've been to past doctors on zocdoc and have felt the "brush off" of quick screenings without being fully heard and prescribed luxury meds for the simplest solution.
They definetly don't do that here and ask probing questions to give a better diagnosis. 5 stars
