I tried to call the provider office many times and NO ONE can speak English. I understand we are in Miami but we are still within US and they should definitely hire people who can speak little bit of English. I called them 5 times and 5 times operator spoke on Spanish and I told them can I speak with someone in English but the operator will put me on hold and will never come back to me. So very bad customer service!

I was seen by Dr Pena. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and direct with his recommendations. I appreciated his approach and nutritional emphasis for my overall wellbeing. Not many doctors are as transparent or take the time to explain and give nutritional recommendations to patients so this was new and authentic. I mostly took a listening approach and took in the information, which was a lot.
On the other side, wait time was longer than expected (~2hr). To obtain just lab results and medical records the office keeps emphasizing I need a follow-up appointment which I don’t by law so Im still waiting to hear back. I do appreciate how communicative and responsive the receptionist has been.

What an experienced professional. Dr Travieso went above and beyond to explain and answer all my questions. She was extremely thorough. Front Desk, Assistant, and Phlebotomist were all so nice. The office is clean, and the wait time was not long at all. Highly recommend

I officially feel like I can trust doctors again. My experience with doctors in the past had left me terrified. But doctor Travieso made me feel listened to and like my anxiety about doctors was valid. She literally said “you are safe here” and her words were so genuine I felt at ease immediately. I couldn’t recommend her enough. She understood my concerns and validated me completely. I feel like I can breathe now.

I visited this doctors office a few weeks ago and it has been a very frustrating experience. First when I arrived at my appointment, I wasn’t seen by the doctor until 2:30 when my appointment was for 12:30 (I spent two hours waiting). Then after the appointment they told me that I had to book another appointment just to get my test results which I thought was strange and informed me I would have to pay another large copay for the second visit. I told them I didnt need a second visit and would just like my test results over the phone, but it’s been three weeks and they still haven’t called me with my results. I tried calling the office and they either don’t answer or leave me on hold for 30 minutes and then hang up.
The doctor herself is really nice and I had no issues with her but the office and staff are unprofessional and I’ve never had such a hard time getting test results before. I’m still waiting for them to reach out to me and hope they do soon.

I was able to make an appointment within 48 hours, once I got to the office, I waited less than 15 minutes to be attended, furthermore, I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. Dr. Dorisley Travieso took care of my presenting problems, she prescribed the correct medications, and stayed on top of the progress of the treatment. She is always available for in person and Televisits if needed, and she has excellent bedside manners. I highly recommend Dorisley Travieso and City Care Doctors.
