Dr Ho and her staff were not only extremely professional they were quite thorough with my examination. Any questions I had were explained in a very easy way to understand my concerns. They took their time to insure I had the best exam and prescription possible. I strongly recommend her and her staff .

Very kind and informative; open and direct about anything that would incur extra charges without any pressure to do those things (e.g. add on a contact exam to a glasses appt, use their high tech retinal scanner instead of dilating your eyes). They also have people to check and figure out what your insurance will cover for you, everyone was lovely.

Dr. Lefevre and her staff were very friendly, the check in wait time was minimal (I didnt even need to sit and wait to be seen). The office is very open, clean and well designed. The staff prepped the tools and equipment ahead of my appointment, so the process to begin the exam went smoothly. Dr. Lefevre was very personable and explained my concerns thoroughly. I look forward to my follow up visits.
