City OB+GYN places emphasis on best practices in OB/GYN health, and provides a broad range of services that include well-woman care, obstetric care, and gynecologic care. All deliveries are performed at NYU Langone Health/Tisch Hospital. In-office pelvic ultrasounds are available. Wow! What an unprofessional doctor. I booked an apt bec I needed a dr in a hurry and she was only one available. There were very few reviews when I booked (oct2021) .There was no one in the office when I went but they made me wait a while for no reason. They took my insurance and said I’m only responsible for the co pay. I paid it by cc. Took blood test which I keep getting billed for by the lab. She then calls me and tells me they didn’t take an impt test- I need to come in and take it- so I paid for another apt. She said something looked strange and had to take another test… then wanted me to book another appt to discuss results. I said no thanks just email me the info- which she did and everything was fine. Now months later I got a bill from them for the remaining amount insurance didn’t pay. (No insurance pays exactly what the dr bills for) I also see a bunch of reviews added since I went so I feel like they’re prob fake apts she set up herself. Never saw another patient in office.
Had an excellent appointment with Dr. Patel and her staff! It was my first time going to the gynecologist, and Dr. Patel made sure to explain everything and make me aware of my options. I’ve read about lots of women’s bad experiences with gynecologists, so I was pretty nervous going in. However, Dr. Patel was very patient and understanding. 10/10 recommend!

It's a brand new location so it looks a little plain but that doesn't stop the great service I had. It's in a building that seems to be half office rental and half apartments.
