I had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned! The staff was really friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. They also recommended Invisalign for me, and the process to get started was super easy and straightforward. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I’m really happy with how it all turned out!

The office never acknowledged the appointment I made through ZocDoc. Then they faced issues looking up my insurance information going back and forth for an hour which made me miss my original appointment time because they wouldn’t let you come without an appointment and you can’t get an appointment without verifying your insurance. The rep was rude about it. I ended up finding a different dentist who had no issues getting my information and servicing me.
Dentist states if I pay for dentures I would receive in one day but if I use my insurance they will be ready in 2 months. Also he was pressuring me for a teeth cleaning even after I said I just had them clean 2mths ago.

Filling out new patient information on cell phone is not good for seniors. Lucky for me that I work dealing with computers that I was able to function at the task. The staff were friendly and nice I fell in love with them I left my old dentist to be with them now.

My dentist needs a better bedside manner. He was asking questions with assumptions. Felt judged and kept trying to sell me on teeth straightening and said to the girl to try to convince to get the avisalign. Make sure the major issue is taken cared of first. Dentist needs to be a bit more pleasant.

My appointment was scheduled for September 6th at 11am. I was called a few days prior to change my appointment to 10:15am. I agree to the new appointment. I arrived at the dental office at 10am. I sign my name on sheet and sat down. There was a construction also going on inside the office by the receptionist. I found that to be very disturbing. I was asked to filled out a few forms online due to me being a new patient. I finish the forms in 10 minutes and alerted the receptionist that I completed them. 50 minutes went by and I wasn’t seen yet. Finally at 11:05am I was seen by x ray technician who wanted to take x rays of my teeth. Once that was completed I was told to go sit back in the front. At 11:25am one of doctors tried to tell me and other patients to give them a 5 star review and they would give us Dunkin’ Donuts gift cards. I decline because I been waiting over a hour to get cleaning done. My cleaning wasn’t done until 12:20pm. I don’t recommend this place.
