Good looking space, a bit old. Looks relatively clean. I'm disappointed about how the doctor spent no time with me and wrote a very lazy "findings" section. I did ask them to elaborate, which they hesitantly did. The mere fact that they were trying to get away from talking to me was very rude, for something they could have simply done in the first place without spending much more time. They were standing at the end of the room holding the door handle, ready to jump out. And again, I would understand if I was asking for something outside of their expertise, but no.
I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, if I didn’t stay for an extra 20 minutes waiting for the doctor to elaborate.
Small things: Then they asked me to sit in an examine chair that was supposed to be green but was very yellow from use.

I am without insurance right now, so I booked an appointment with Zocdoc. It was quite expensive for someone without insurance so I have to say the office area was clean. The receptionist was OK. I think she could’ve been a little more friendlier the person that came to see me first that took my blood pressure. He really didn’t know what he was doing. The next person that came to see me. I’m not sure if he was actually a doctor or not he called himself Moses. I explained why I was there and he looked at my situation said he gave me some medication and left the room never came back until I asked about medication. I wished I had a little more time because I was there past the time that they closed they were running late. I could’ve asked more questions.

worst experience ever. complete waste of time. I made sure they were within my provider's network according to Zocdoc, they were. When I arrived. They were calling me by a name that was not even my name. Had to be the worse experience by far. They told me I had to pay out of pocket to be treated, but I have fully funded medical insurance. Made no sense. Caused me to waste over 3 hours of my day.

My appointment was 11:45 was seen by the doctor at 3:30. Not enough chair however the staff after 30min. Gave me one of their chairs to sit in. However, the care was excellent.

The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly and professional.
The PA-C greeted me by name, listened to my explanation, questions and concerns, and addressed them.
My first time with this organization and at this location. If any future need for urgent care, I would not hesitate to go here again.

I went in for a possible sinus infection. The place was clean and staff were so friendly. ??They listened to my symptoms and prescribed me with medication to treat the infection. I will definitely refer people I know and visit again when in need. I am beyond grateful to have found this place!! ??

I was shocked at the swiftness! I went in, immediately checked in with the front desk, paid my copay, and before I could even turn around to face the waiting area, I was called back to start my visit. I arrived 15 mins before my appointment time and was already done and out the door 15 mins after my appointment time. The staff and doctors were all very friendly and compassionate and the doctor who actually confirmed my diagnosis and prescribed medication was very clear and kind. I will definitely go back here for any urgent care needs, but hopefully that won't be soon! haha

I was seen at the San Leandro office. I was intense pain and I attempted to convey my issues but felt extremely unheard. The provider kept speaking over me and her questions seemed interrogative. I was tested for strep and Covid and was told I’d hear back in a day. I’ve yet to hear any results. Not a great experience

I had an important consultation today with a provider who did not go in to work today with a booked appointment, did not have a reschedule available until the 28th.
It took me 30 minutes to drive to it, into parade traffic and terrible parking congestion, just to find out the provider didn't arrive to work and i had no alternatives or flexible rescheduling. Very disappointed.
