Had a hearing issue due to the ear wax. Though i had an appointment, the waiting is about one hour. The doctor put some Debrox and then was gone for 20 minutes. Came back and briefly tried pressure washer, since i expressed discomfort due to the water pressure, and doctor just let me go, and left the room. Barely had any communication, left my questions unanswered. The manager was on-site too, and unhelpful either. Manager barely did anything but told me to see another doctor. Took almost two hours and totally a waste of time. Doctor and manager showed no care.

This was my first time with any Urgent Care Office. I was impressed that I was able to make an appointment and that the appointment was kept with no waiting. The facility was pristine. The admin, Brandon, that took my vitals was absolutely great. Very courteous, respectful and friendly. Provided empathy to my ailment and reassurance in waiting time for tests. The doctor herself, very bubbly and somewhat whimsical which made for a very enlightening experience considering how I was feeling. Very professional and provided comfort during periods of the exam. Very convenient location, easy to book an appointment and office was extremely clean. Pretty good playlist in the waiting area as well.
