Dr. Mark Mulak founded Cityside Chiropractic, an injury-focused chiropractic and rehabilitation practice with offices in Providence and Cranston, Rhode Island. He has practiced since 2002, focusing primarily on personal injury, motor-vehicle collision, workplace injury, and related traumatic musculoskeletal cases. Dr. Mulak’s clinical approach combines injury evaluation, individualized treatment, rehabilitation, and objective documentation of functional recovery. When clinically appropriate, evaluations may include computerized vision tracking, balance assessment, neurocognitive screening, digital radiographic mensuration and diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound.
