The office environment was nice. Dr. Kwakye was very sweet and honest about my teeth. The hygienist was a bit rough with my cleaning but overall it was a good experience.

An excellent practice and patient experience. I had to come in for a chipped tooth and expected the worst. Not only can the tooth be saved but I’m happy to have the option of sedation for my treatment to ease my anxiety. I’ve long needed a new dental provider and believe I’ve found her!

I liked that I was seen despite being 10 minutes late. I thought my appointment was for cleaning only but it had a couple more steps. Didn't like that they found 2 cavities after seeing my old dentist 6 months ago.

I have severe Dental Anxiety as well as habitual periodontal disease which makes my dental care require a gentler approach. I was pleasantly surprised that the staff as a whole listened to my concerns and made me feel as relaxed as possible, they even noted my preferred name. Candice walked me through how we would handle my dental care plan, and I was provided with full breakdown of what my dental insurance would cover at the end with checking out. There are many reasons for why Dental Anxiety exist, and this is the first time where I feel like my anxiety was not chided as childish fears but instead respected by my care provider.

When I think of doctors/dentists, I can only think of anxiety. And, that’s how I entered CK Dental. And, if I didn’t write a review, I would be doing this practice a disservice.
EVERYONE- from the receptionists, to the aides, right on to the doctor were simply amazing. Wendy talked to me, kept me calm, and was just phenomenal.
I have a long road ahead in terms of my journey to correct what I’ve allowed years of fear to destroy. But, I feel confident that this team will be there with me throughout all that I’ll go through.
I’m so happy I read the other reviews and decided to try this place out. I think I’ve found my home. My only regret is that I didn’t do so sooner.

I had an exceptional experience at CK Family Dental. When I checked in, the first receptionist (whose name I, unfortunately, don't know) welcomed me warmly with a smile and asked how she could assist me. Wendy, the dental assistant, was equally fantastic, displaying excellent bedside manners and providing top-notch customer service.
Dr. Kwakye, the dentist, truly impressed me with her communication skills and extensive knowledge. She thoroughly reviewed my X-rays and presented several options to enhance my smile. Moreover, Dr. Kwakye's superb bedside manners shone through when she shook my hand and introduced herself.

I have been telling family and friends about how impressed I was with Dr. Kwaykye and her excellent staff. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable, explained in detail what needs to be done with my tooth before it was extracted and no pain, the cost was also very reasonable. From today henceforth, I am entrusting my dental health in her care, therefore, I recommend her and her staff very highly.

From start to finish, this was an amazing experience! I was in so much pain physically and emotionally lol from a tooth that desperately needed to be filled in. I'm so happy this whole experience was one of offering the best solution because dentists can use pain as exploitation. Not here! They asked for my input and feedback every step of the way and did not start the work I needed to be done until I was brought to the speed of the financial responsibility. The assistant was so cool and attentive. The Dentist was one of my favorites. She's very down to earth and concerned about comfort and practicality. I wish this place was open on Saturdays! Thoroughly enjoyed my first appointment! The doctor and team of nurses were very kind, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I felt welcomed and like I’d been there before. My cleaning and whitening appointment is already set in a few weeks. Glad I found a new dental home!

10/10 would recommend. Truthfully all I had was my first appointment (pictures of my teeth, talking about my history & goals, etc.) and I feel safe and like I will receive accurate and focused care here.
I've been to other places that didn't make me feel that way from the phone call- a lot of which resulted in poor care.
The front desk staff in this office were kind and patient - even though I was running late (I called first though lol so do that).
The woman who took all my pictures/xrays and asked all the initial questions was able to re-iterate 100% of what my issues were to the dentist which was very helpful for me. I honestly feel that makes all the difference because I didn't tell her all that info about me for me to have to repeat it to the dentist too. Unfortunately some people/offices don't operate that way. However, these are actions that make me want to book another appointment and I will be back. You can tell this office operates as a team.

This is the best dentist experience in my 33 years of existence! Everyone was very through with their explanations of what was going on with my teeth and the procedures they would recommend. I felt seen and heard(sound like therapy right) and this is the reason I would recommend this office to anyone I know. You will not be disappointed with this dentist office and staff.
