I work with teens and adults navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and life transitions, supporting them in finding greater peace, self-understanding, and emotional resilience. I also work with individuals who are supporting loved ones through an eating disorder. I approach therapy with compassionate curiosity, creating space for clients to explore their inner world at their own pace. While my work is grounded in psychodynamic theory, trauma-informed care, and the principles of Health At Every Size (HAES), I also tailor my treatment approach based on each individual's unique needs and preferences. I am currently accepting new clients for in-person therapy in New York City, and for virtual therapy in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. I am a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) practicing under the supervision of Heather Ferguson, LCSW.
