Clarity ADHD
Lucas Craft, MMS, PA-C has spent the past three years working exclusively in adult ADHD. He earned his Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University, is certified by the NCCPA, and founded Clarity ADHD to practice this work the way he believes it should be done.
Evaluations run a full 60 minutes. Adult ADHD is genuinely hard to assess: symptoms overlap with anxiety, depression, and poor sleep, and the history that matters reaches back to childhood. That does not fit into a rushed appointment, so it does not get one here.
Every evaluation includes QbTest, an FDA cleared computerized measure of attention, impulsivity, and motor activity. It does not diagnose ADHD on its own. It adds objective data next to your history, which matters when the alternative is relying entirely on recall.
Medication is handled as a series of structured trials rather than a single guess. Instead of starting one stimulant and adjusting indefinitely, we work systematically across methylphenidate and amphetamine based options, and non-stimulants where appropriate, then compare how you actually responded to each. Few people are optimally treated by the first medication they try.
Adults 18 and older, by video throughout Washington State, same provider every visit. Self-pay, no insurance billed, prices published up front. We treat ADHD and the conditions that travel with it, including depression, anxiety, and insomnia. We do not provide therapy, crisis care, or inpatient services.
