I was in contact with appointment looking for parking , I parked 8 minutes after my appointment and was denied my appointment . They called me and I informed them I was in parking structure .

I needed to see someone about an acute eye issue I was having, and since my usual optometrist and ophthalmologist are out of state, I crossed my fingers at booking with a doctor I was unfamiliar with. I shouldn't have worried: Dr. Mikaelian is unbelievably caring and patient, and even though I was not there for a new prescription he talked with me about some newer options as alternatives to my gas-permeable lenses that might not be working so well for me anymore. His office is at a LensCrafters, but there is no hard sell on eyewear--he truly took care of me as his patient. I might now be willing to switch doctors after this wonderful experience...

They were very quick and friendly at my appointment, They got me in very quick and told me a lot of good information. Kristen was very communicative and answered all my questions. Jose was also very helpful with helping me get my glasses and helped talk out the cost.

I did not see the Dr I had made the appointment with. I should have left. The male Dr (didn’t get his name) was flippant, arrogant, awkward and overall just very strange and made me feel uncomfortable. I just stopped asking questions because he was so short and weird with his answers.
