I’ve called the number below and no one has picked up someone then answered & hung up I’ve called back again no answer , there was no link for the video chat and the provider Crawford didn’t even call me not once no communication with her at all.

- I booked my appointment two weeks in advance for 12:00pm. My insurance was accepted but when I showed at 11:17am and stayed till 12:17 Ms. Candice from “Clarity Wellness mental Health” did NOT show. I will NEVER book again and I did call my insurance to stop the payment from going through.

Dr. Crawford called me personally after I booked within the hour and explained everything about the process and what to expect. The process went exactly as she explained and I was instructed to let her know if I had any questions and that I could reach out to her directly.
