We deliver high-quality in-person (Utah only) and virtual (across Utah and New Mexico) psychiatric medication management and psychotherapy that meets you where you are—anytime, anywhere.
Our patient-centered approach combines current evidence based medication management according to established national clinical practice guidelines - with proven therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, individual counseling, group counseling, family counseling, and couples/marriage counseling. We specialize in treating the full spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety and depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, psychosis, addiction and substance use challenges, personality disorders, anger and aggression, self-harm and suicidal ideation, as well as Alzheimer’s disease and dementia support. We also utilize GeneSight psychotropic testing to help personalize medication choices and improve outcomes.

I had a thorough visit with John and it stood out compared with other psych appointments I’ve had. He asked detailed questions about symptoms, history, and what had and hadn’t worked before, then walked through options without using a lot of words, I didn't understand. He explained the reasoning behind the plan in plain language and made sure I understood next steps before we wrapped up. The visit felt organized and personal at the same time. I left knowing what we were doing and why.
