Sadly, this provider doesn’t accept my health insurance. I have Medicaid, fulfilled by Blue Cross Blue Shield. So, ZocDoc has convinced me all of these providers take my insurance, when they do not.
This provider was polite, didn’t make me feel bad for not having insurance that was “good enough”, checked in with me before the appt, informed me of concerns before the appointment, requested a prior authorization from my insurance, when it was denied she still took my call to answer questions, she referred me to other providers.
I probably won’t get help, esp not off of ZocDoc but good to know providers like her exist.
