My approach to therapy is to meet the client where they are at. It's important clients are able to freely express themselves while not feeling psychoanalyzed or judged. I aim to give my client's a therapeutic environment where they can process pain, difficult thoughts, past hurts and be give appropriate tools with how to move forward.
