My practice is built on the belief that people heal best in a space where they feel seen, safe, and genuinely valued. I use an integrative approach, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused techniques, Trauma-Informed Care, and Strength-Based counseling to support meaningful and lasting change. My work is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and the understanding that every client carries both struggles and strengths.
I also draw from Family Systems principles to help clients navigate relationships, communication challenges, and boundary-setting. Whether you are managing stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, academic pressure, or life transitions, I tailor each session to fit your unique needs and goals.
A key part of my philosophy is empowering clients with tools they can use beyond therapy. I help you build resilience, increase emotional awareness, and develop practical strategies that support long-term well-being. My style is warm, patient, and nonjudgmental. I gently challenge you when needed, celebrate your progress, and walk beside you at a pace that feels right.
