Clay Eye is a comprehensive eye care practice and their team-based approach focuses on formulating the most effective treatment plan for patients. Their board-certified physicians are fellowship-trained ophthalmologists who have received advanced training in a subspecialty of ophthalmology. Clay Eye is one of the largest of its kind in North Florida, with 16 physicians and five locations, which include: Orange Park, Fleming Island, Mandarin, Riverside and Middleburg.
Additionally, Clay Eye has an exclusive affiliation with East West Surgery Center, devoted entirely to eye surgery and eye procedures. This 7,000 square foot, free standing facility is located in Fleming Island, FL. It includes 3 operating rooms where cataract and laser surgery are performed, as well as 2 procedure rooms where additional surgical procedures are conducted. Recognizing that convenience is very important to patients, this surgery center extension allows for a seamless patient experience.
