We are a membership-based Direct Primary Care (DPC) Practice. We do not bill insurance. How the DPC Model Works. ·You pay a flat monthly membership fee: $99/mo for ages between 18 and 39, $129/mo for ages 40 to 64, and $169 for 65+. These are Founding Program rates, for the first 100 patients only. ·There are no copays. ·There are no visit limits. You can usually book same or next day visit. · Our appointments are not rushed. You get to spend 60 minutes with the physician - for new patient visits, or 30 minutes for follow-ups. If you need more time, you get more time. · In between visits, you can communicate directly with your physician - via email, text or a secure app. · Most primary care services are included. · You can book an in person or virtual visit at any time, at no additional cost. · We draw blood work in house, so you don't have to schedule another visit to a lab. And you get heavily discounted lab fees. If you are not a monthly member, you are welcome to come in for an annual physical visit for one time fee of $179 which includes a comprehensive panel and a follow up appointment.
