This was my very first time booking an appointment with this app. The sign up process was simple and precise. I must admit that I was a bit skeptical of an online/virtual appt but I must say Dr Arielle immediately put my mind at ease. After awhile It actually felt like I was speaking with an old friend. She greeted me with a warm welcoming smile, listened to me with out interruption, repeated back what she heard from her perspective, explained everything clearly when answering my questions & the whole meeting felt genuine rather than rushed and robotic. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience and I will be back!

I had an excellent experience with the Hospital, the doctor, the nurse and the support staff.
I especially wanted to praise the daytime nurse, Clementine, who was in charge of my care immediately after getting out of surgery. She was very reassuring. She talked to me calmly and explained every time what she was about to do and why she was doing it. She always made sure I understood her and that she got my approval before proceeding with treatment. I especially liked how skillful she was when inserting the additional medicines into my IV, so I do not feel any pain. In addition, she was very knowledgeable about what I needed to do for fast post-surgery recovery. During those first few hours, her constant feedback and reassurance helped me recover quicker. I was able to leave the hospital within 72 hours. Thank you Clementine!
