On Friday, 9/18/26, I arrived at Clear Sound Hearing located at 1636 East 14th Street, at 12:30 for my 1:00pm appointment with Dr. Boldeau. I went there to obtain an Ear Wax Removal procedure and a Hearing Test. The door to the office was locked. I called the phone number listed on the door and was told that Dr. Boldeau called in "absent' for today. I canceled an important meeting at my place of employment on Friday in order to keep my appointment with Dr. Boldeau. However, no one at Clear Sound Hearing was professional enough to email or text me in advance or early Friday morning, so that I would not make an unnecessary trip to Dr. Boldeau's office for no reason. The building is shabby. The neighborhood lacks adequate parking for cars and I would never recommend that office to anyone in your network for Hearing Services. Dr. Boldeau is probably a very good doctor so please do not blame her for what happened. I will reschedule with another provider who offers Audiology services.
