Dr. Chang is so sweet and thoughtful. I love that she prioritizes my eye health. I have dry eyes and she has been incredibly attentive and helpful, we've tried both medications and other remedies. She tries to only use medicine when necessary and knows other treatments options as well which I definitely prefer! This was my second time with her and I will be recommending her to all of my friends!

Dr. Chang was excellent. The exam was thorough, unhurried, and left me with a sense of ease. In the past with other doctors - as someone new to needing glasses - I have been left feeling I may not have asked the right questions to get the best prescription for my needs. Dr. Chang helped me better understand the tests and results so I could be confident in the glasses that were recommended. The front desk staff, Joanna in particular, were also extremely helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this office.

I wish every healthcare provider was as thorough as Dr. Chang! I have never had an optometrist work so diligently with me, from making sure my prescription is correct to connecting the dots to help me solve issues with my dry eyes. Beyond this, Dr. Chang's technicians worked to explain every test, all the while keeping me laughing - it's clear they truly care about their patients!

I could not recommend Dr. Ann Chang more highly. She was extraordinarily friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It feels crazy to say so, but I actually had a ton of fun. Dr. Chang and her co-workers are all lovely people and clearly take a lot of pride in their profession--the thoughtfulness and enthusiasm with which they helped me decide on new frames was palpable and frankly made my day. I chose to book this appointment based on the convenience of the location but a visit to Dr. Chang's office is worth a trip if you're in the greater NYC area. Thank you, Dr. Chang!

I was looking for a new optometrist and came in for a regular yearly check-up. I left with more knowledge about the condition of my eyes and a plan to help resolve the issues that we found. It was way more than I expected from a check-up appointment. I was impressed. Dr. Chang was extremely patient and helped answered all my questions and explained thoroughly the condition of my eyes. Needless to say, I am happy that I found this place and my new optometrist.

Dr Chang was extremely detailed. Was happy to answer any and all of my questions. Made recommendations but did not push any additional services. Those who worked at the office were also extremely helpful and welcoming. Was overall a great experience.

I came in for an eye exam and I never felt pressured into a sales pitch. Each question I was curious about was answered with just the right amount of detail. Recommendations were clear. I feel like Dr Chang and her staff run a very honest and friendly practice. They even fixed my glasses that I managed to break on a recent trip. Woohoo!

I've genuinely never had a more enjoyable time at the eye doc. Extremely friendly staff, we were laughing and joking the whole time. I felt heard and understood by everyone there, especially by Dr. Chang. She had great knowledge and recommendations. It's a smaller office but they're detail oriented and there's barely any wait time.
