About Client Centered Care telehealth services:
I provide compassionate telehealth care for patients managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, cholesterol, diabetes, and ER visit F/U that do not require an inpatient visit.

Vision: My goal is to support each patient’s ongoing health through education, guidance, and consistent follow-up.
Please note: You are not charged for the virtual consultation itself. This is an out-of-pocket expense. Self-pay rate as follows: New Patient visit Range Between: $200-$250; however, a $75 fee applies for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Please note I do not prescribe any mental health medication for the state of FL. I can treatment mental health for the state of AZ and NM with medication that is not controlled.
Opened to see nonlife threating emergencies through telehealth. I can manage a general medical issue. NO CANCER patient, No major health crisis. For any major issues, please see a provider or doctor in person.

While we understand this may be disappointing, our goal is to support and guide you throughout your healthcare journey by focusing on safe, effective care and using the least amount of medication necessary whenever possible.
