Client Centered Care, PLLC About My Telehealth Services: I provide compassionate telehealth care for patients managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, cholesterol, diabetes, and ER visit F/U that do not require an inpatient visit. My goal is to support each patient’s ongoing health through education, guidance, and consistent follow-up. Please note: You are not charged for the virtual consultation itself. This is an out-of-pocket expense. Self-pay rate as follows: New Patient visit Range Between: $200-$250; however, a $200 fee applies for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please note: I do not prescribe mental health medication, narcotic medication or any Schedule-controlled drugs through telehealth.
